Shipping Origin
Orders may ship from multiple warehouse locations within the United States.

Processing Times
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods
We offer a variety of standard and expedited shipping options through common U.S. carriers. A Local Pickup option is also available where noted at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We ship to all U.S. states and territories, and we accept deliveries to PO Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned. Opened or used items may only be returned if the product is defective or not functioning as intended. Defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping
For all eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Refunds & Replacements
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue either a replacement or a refund to the original payment method.

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns.
